At Pines and Proverbs, we pour our hearts into every faith-inspired piece to bring encouragement and God's wonder to your family adventures. Because our apparel and accessories are custom-printed on demand (made just for you when you order), we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color preferences, or change of mind. This helps us keep prices affordable and designs unique!

What We Do Cover: Defects, Damage, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., print issues), or is not what you ordered, we're here to make it right.

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Process: Email us at cahill.kels@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a quick description. We'll review and respond within 2–5 business days.

  • Resolution: If eligible, we'll send a free replacement (or refund to your original payment method if we can't replace).

  • Note: Items must be unused (or minimally handled) and in original condition for replacement. We may ask for return of the faulty item at our expense.

Important Details

  • Double-check your size using our size charts (linked on product pages) before ordering—apparel runs true to standard US sizes.

  • We’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our fulfillment partner, but we'll help track and resolve with the carrier.

  • Refunds (if issued) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
