Shipping Policy
At Pines and Proverbs, we’re a small, family-run shop creating faith-inspired apparel and accessories made just for you when you order. Because each piece is printed on demand, we partner with trusted fulfillment providers to handle production and shipping directly to you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days (Monday–Friday). This includes production and quality checks. We aim for the faster end, but high-volume periods (like holidays) may extend it slightly. We’ll email you if anything changes!
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order is processed, it ships out quickly. Estimated delivery times after processing:
United States: 3–7 business days (via USPS, UPS, or similar)
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days (depending on customs)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier. We offer free shipping on orders for the US otherwise your shipping will be calculated at checkout if shipping out of the states. Tracking info is emailed as soon as your package is on its way!
Important Notes
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs. We’re not responsible for delays once the package leaves our fulfillment partner.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility—check with your local office if needed.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We can’t change addresses after the order is placed.
